in total 21 representatives of local organizations (NGO, businesses, initiative groups) and interested persons were participated. After the training, participants have the opportunity to develop and present proposals and get 17,000 euros for establishing social enterprises. Within the project, six social enterprises will be established, where the beneficiaries of the project - children living at small group homes and foster care will be employed.
The project "Enabling Georgia’s Most Vulnerable Youth to Become Productive, Contributing Adult Citizens through Mentoring, Training and Employment” (Kakheti, Mtskheta-Mtianeti and Shida Kartli) is being implemented by the CHCA. The co-applicants of the project are the Society "Biliki" (Gori) and the organization "Divine Child Foundation of Georgia" (Mtskheta). The aim of the project is to strengthen the youth from small group homes and foster care through various trainings courses, employment and prepare them for independent life.
