In the framework of the project "Strengthening the Capacities of the Agency for IDPs, Eco-Migrants and Livelihoods (IDPELA )", on December 19, the staff of the Agency together with the CHCA Project Manager and Researcher discussed the research prepared within the project:
 "Assessment of the material-technical and staff skills developmental needs of the LEPL Agency for IDPs, Eco-Migrants and Livelihoods".
The participants of the meeting discussed the needs given in the document and talked about the action plan.
