Objective: Increasing access to livelihood development resources in local governments and promoting the integration of IDPs into the local host community.
Term: 18 months (December 2019 - May 2021)
Tasks:

• Strengthen the structure and capacity of IDPs and local host community organizations.
• Systematic strengthening of self-sufficient, dignified, and sustainable initiatives of IDPs and the local host community;
• Institutional strengthening of CHCA

• Selection of CBOs (Community-based Organizations) to participate in the project
• Research of the needs of CBOs
• Trainings
• Evidence-based primary research and presentation of findings
• Developing a guide for CBOs and community leaders
• Establishing a network of IDPs and local host community organizations
• Establish an advisory council with local governments
• Developing social projects with local governments
• Conducting Media advocacy campaigns

• Implementing CHCA’s organizational changes based on the recommendations of the European Foundation
