Charity Humanitarian Centre "Abkhazia” (CHCA) has won a grant intended for returning migrants from a contest hosted by the Ministry of IDPs from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia (MRA) that will enable returning migrants from the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region to carry out a variety of services using that grant. CHCA will start work in different sectors, particularly in the provision of medicine and medical services, startup business finance, and trainings for jobseekers and professional internships. The grant contest was hosted by MRA; there were 6 winners in the 2016 contest. Successful program applicants are 6 local NGOs and the total amount of grant awarded is 600,000 GEL.

"There is no magic formula behind CHCA's ability, year after year, to reach so many people. Our impact is the result of our commitment, experience and partnerships."
