Community Development and Advocacy

To strengthen social capacities and infrastructure of conflict affected population in order to improve their living conditions and strengthen social capital.

Strategy:
To achieve above mission CHCA employs several strategies. First, we promote community organization into CBOs and/or action groups that take initiative to address local community needs; second, we promote public dialogues and advocacy for social issues including housing; finally, CHCA addresses issues of integration of IDPs into local infrastructure through establishing homeowners’ and neighborhood associations that will improve housing conditions and local urban policies of municipalities.
