Archil Bakuradze is the Founder and Member of Supervisory Board of Bank Crystal and the Founder and CEO of Lotus Impact Finance, a Georgian investment, technology, and governance platform committed to advancing inclusive and sustainable finance. He serves as Chair of the Council of the Microfinance Centre, an international network of social finance institutions. Archil holds an MBA from Lancaster University Management School. He is a Fellow of the John Smith Trust and a recipient of the international van Heuven Goedhart Award from Stichting Vluchteling, the Dutch Refugee Foundation.
