Meri Gvadzabia is a Founder and Board Member of the Association “Peaceful and Business Caucasus” (APBC) and serves as Office Manager of the organization. She holds a degree in Georgian Language and Literature with a specialization in Linguistics Gorky State University (1982–1988).

She is actively involved in people-to-people diplomacy initiatives, participating in various Georgian-Abkhaz dialogue formats and contributing to project implementation as an assistant and coordinator. In recognition of her support for internally displaced persons from Abkhazia, her personal contribution to the restoration of Georgian-Abkhaz relations and her active civic engagement, she was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia.
