Thrilled to share a recent initiative that brought together team spirit, sustainability, and youth empowerment in Poti! With support from UNDP Georgia and Embassy of Denmark in Georgia, the Charity Humanitarian Centre ‘Abkhazeti’ CHCA organised a cleanup campaign and a football tournament, engaging young people from local settlements for persons displaced by conflict.

Our goal is to promote green and just transformation, support sustainable local development, and increase the resilience and inclusion of IDP settlements.

 At the heart of this initiative is the Energy Club, a community-led platform established in the settlements for the displaced to champion environmental care and sustainable practices. Through its activities, young people engage in public life and develop civic responsibility.
