The final event of the project "Master of My House" was held in Batumi.

The first part of the meeting was devoted to sharing career orientation tools - a master class.
In the second part of the event, a panel discussion was held: Career Orientation, Vocational Education and Labor Market Requirements, within the framework of which the participants discussed the importance of career orientation and the role of vocational education in ensuring labor market requirements.
Project As a result:
-Up to 200 displaced youth were retrained and acquired a new profession in the construction sector (electricity, plumbing, arc welding, floor covering and plastering)
-Up to 100 young people were equipped with equipment appropriate for their profession.
-More than 150 young people were successfully employed in their profession.
-A social enterprise was created, which, within the framework of social responsibility, is actively involved in the diagnostics of municipal buildings.
The demand for vocational schools increased. Accordingly, even after the completion of the project, 30 young people have been enrolled in vocational schools through the mediation of CHCA.
The project responded to market demand with a high rate, which played a major role in the employment of graduates and the popularization of vocational schools.
The project "My House Manager" was implemented by CHCA, EDEC, IWO e.V and Hanse-Parlament by, with the financial support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
