CHCA continues targeted cooperation with social and humanitarian organizations in Western Georgia. Based on needs followed the organizational capacity assessment, a 3-day training course was held on "Financial Management for Program Managers".

The training focused on the financial processes of projects, involving program managers directly in planning and implementation.

The course covered the complete financial management cycle:

• Basic principles and procedures of financial management;
• Project budget planning;
• Budget implementation and monitoring;
• Financial reporting;
• Grant closure procedures.
