Within the framework of the project, an expert invited by CHCA conducted an organizational screening for all 10 partner organizations. Based on this analysis, a tailored 2-year action plan was developed for each of them.
The action plan covers the following key areas of organizational strengthening:
- Legal and structural reinforcement of the organization;
- Strategic planning and vision formation;
- Structuring financial management and internal regulations;
- Human resource development;
- Creation of technical infrastructure;
- Regional needs assessment, community engagement, and advocacy;
- Strengthening relations with beneficiaries, local self-government, and donors.
Each individual plan defines specific timelines for various stages, in accordance with the experience and capabilities of each organization.
Ultimately, these action plans will assist the organizations in establishing a structured, transparent, and sustainable organizational model, building a professionally empowered team, and implementing stable financial management. This will also strengthen partner networks, increase regional influence, and enhance donor trust.
