On December 19, a meeting was held in Kutaisi. The project team presented the results of the eight-month project to the guests. The goal of the project was to support and establish activities for the introduction of caretaker services in Georgia. The target groups were young IDPs and other vulnerable young, representatives of Homeowners Associations, Vet colleges teachers and logal/regional governments.
Johan Shtrese, the project manager, Housing Initiatives for Eastern Europe (IWO e.V): "The project will allow the construction sector to improve the operations and solve problems. I think buildings in Georgia are in poor conditions. Our aim is to introduce foreign experience and establish the position of technical manager”.
