CHCA for the fourth time is implementing the project "Managing My House - Sharing Best Practices". The project has been running for 2 years and during this period up to 30 beneficiaries received professional education and equipment from both - Abkhazia and Samegrelo region.
Beneficiaries of the project are young IDP aged 18-35, who live in IDP settlements in Abkhazia and Samegrelo region; The financial supporter is the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs (IWO).
"Managing My House - Sharing Best Practices" responds to the challenges in the region in terms of vocational education and is therefore, actively working towards peacebuilding.
Current programs within the event:
1. The mobilization process in Samegrelo region has been completed; Information meetings were held in IDP settlements and youth centers.
2. First group of the beneficiaries has already been involved in the training process, in the construction college "Construct 2", in the field of welding.
3. The second group, in electricity field, moved to Kobuleti, to College "New Wave".
Young people living in Abkhazia and Samegrelo region will receive vocational education and will be equipped with equipement during the project (5 months) completely free of charge.
