The memorandum was signed within the framework of the project "The Initiative for Housing Associations in Eastern Europe (IWO e.V)" and aims to increase access to professional education and support for youth affected by the conflict.
 
At the meeting, along with the representatives of CHCA and "Lakada" College, Manana Kvachakhia, the adviser to the chairman of the Government of Abkhazia, was present.

The project is implemented by the Initiative for Housing Associations in Eastern Europe (IWO e.V), CHCA and the Education Development and Employment Center together with the financial support of the German Federal Foreign Office.
