On July 5, a meeting with psychologist was held at the Rukhi Concultation Center within the framework of the "Together for Strengthening Families" project, which was attended by 10 women from the Collective Center for IDPs. The "Together for Strengthening Families" program is focused on supporting the selected families, strengthening their skills, increasing the livelihoods and income of the families. The meeting discussed such issues as obstacles around them, attitudes towards children, women's role in the family, stress management etc.
The positive side of group sessions is the feeling of togetherness, the fact that women are not trying to deal with the same problems alone, because of this, openness increases and it becomes much easier to find solutions. Therefore, the group therapy session was very interesting and effective for the participants. A total of 5 group sessions will be held for 20 women and their empowerment.
