In the month of July in Zestafoni municipality, within the framework of the project "Supporting the transformation of the conflict through the provision of social services and entrepreneurship" (EU4Dialogue), in order to strengthen the cooperatives of home owners it is planned to conduct trainings on the topic: "Technical management of buildings and structures; "Professional skills of the technical manager (housemaster) of buildings".

During the training, the participants will study the causes of possible damage to the elements of the building and the methods of their restoration; - principles of internal water supply and water supply system network operation; - the causes of possible damage to the electrical supply system of the building and the methods of their restoration; - possible causes of damage to the heating system and methods of their restoration; - Technical inspection of buildings. The trainings are conducted on the basis of Construction College "Construct 2".

As a result of the trainings, 75 leaders of associations will acquire and develop theoretical and practical skills of management and maintenance of the common property of the condominium association
