On August 10-11, a two-day training-seminar was held in Kakheti within the framework of the project "Support for conflict transformation in the South Caucasus and the Republic of Moldova" organized by the Charity Humanitarian Centre "Abkhazeti" (CHCA). The seminar was attended by representatives of the managerial circle.

The main goal of the mentioned training was to understand the essence of the values ​​and principles in the public service, to observe the standards of ethical values, professionalism and integrity. Increasing the awareness of the managerial circle on the importance of strategic planning and execution, management oriented towards strategic goals.

Attention was focused on the peculiarities and necessity of strategic planning and vision of the private and public sector. Several models of strategic management, managerial and leadership competencies and principles of proper human resource management were discussed. In order to build organizational culture and decentralize service delivery, CHCA continues to conduct training seminars for both managerial and non-managerial positions.
