In September 2024, CHCA, with the financial support of the European Union (EU) and the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation (BST), CHCA launched the project "Strengthening the Capacities of CHCA Staff and Ensuring Resilience in Working in Stressful Environments", the main objectives of which are to improve CHCA's organizational compliance and personnel competence, and to improve security and data protection.
Within the framework of the aforementioned project, a "Personal Data Protection" policy was prepared and an IT infrastructure was established that allows the organization to collect, process and store data more securely, using modern standards and technologies.
Therefore, a meeting of the Caucasus Caregivers Cooperation Network (CCC Network) was scheduled and held on December 20, 2024, where CHCA shared its experiences with the network's member organizations, presented internal normative acts in accordance with legislation and international standards, prepared policy documents and action plans, and introduced available opportunities and benefits for non-profit organizations.
The project is implemented with the financial support of the European Union and the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation (BST)
