The study was conducted within the framework of the project “Building Inclusion of Vulnerable and Marginalized Communities in Georgia” of the Charity and Humanitarian Center ''Abkhazeti”, which aims to increase access to livelihoods of socially vulnerable populations and promote their social and economic integration.

On the one hand, the study assesses social services, on the other hand, it studies the needs of socially vulnerable populations and aims to identify both challenges and various means to improve the situation. We would like to thank the members of the local community, representatives of municipal mayors, non-governmental organizations and agencies working on social issues for their participation in the study.
