Within the framework of the project “Green Future: Rights and Stability”, a two-day study-practical visit was organized for the leaders of the homeowners' associations (HOA) of Poti and Khobi, which included 2 events:
Training on the topic “Technical management of buildings; Professional skills of a technical manager of buildings (housemaster)” - based on the college “Construct2”.
Introduction to the successful experience of managing multi-apartment buildings - based on the development company “Tetri Kvadrati”.
10 participants of the study visit studied:
-Causes of possible damage to building components and methods of their restoration;
-Principles of operation of the internal water supply and sewage systems network;
-Causes of possible damage to the building's electrical supply and heating systems and methods for their restoration;
-Determination of service components required for the building;
-Technical and legal details of the service;
-Principles of operation of energy-efficient devices.
As a result of the trainings, a total of 20 leaders of the housing associations will acquire and develop theoretical and practical skills in managing and maintaining the common property of the homeowners' association.
The project "Green Future, Rights and Stability" is implemented by the Charity Humanitarian Center "Abkhazia" (CHCA) with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP Georgia) and the Government of Denmark (Embassy of Denmark in Georgia).
