Expected  Results: 
1. The probationers, inmates and former inmates are prepared through VET and job opportunities are created.
2. The best international model is developed and recommended to GoG to initiate policy dialogue.
3. Social information/ marketing campaign is launched to change stereotypes and behavior towards persons in conflict with law.
