Meri Bitsadze leads the Strategic Development and Partnerships at CHCA.

She has 8+ years of experience in project and team management, donor relations, and strategic planning for organizational growth. At CHCA she creates and manages multidisciplinary projects, develops partnership networks and ensures the effective implementation of social programs. Her experience covers the full cycle of communications and project management - from strategic planning to implementation and subsequent reporting.

Meri holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Politics from the International Black Sea University, and a Postgraduate Certification from the Raoul Wallenberg Institute at Lund University (Ensuring Just Transition through a Human Rights-Based Approach), which strengthens her expertise in international development and social policy.
