Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia and the "Charitable Humanitarian Center of Abkhazia" at the conference hall of "Palm Beach" Hotel in Anaklia.

Vakhtang Kolbaia, Acting Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia and Napoleon Milorava, Executive Director of "Charity Humanitarian Center Abkhazia" signed the memorandum.

The Agreement provides for the establishment of dignified living conditions through access to subsistence sources and their effective use of IDP and conflict affected communities as a result of mutual cooperation between the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia and the "Charitable Humanitarian Center of Abkhazia". As well as to implement joint and co-participating projects in support of internally displaced persons and to improve their social status in full compliance with international humanitarian principles and norms.
