We are thrilled to share an incredible success story with you today - the journey of Shamatava Ilya!
In his own words: "I discovered this life-changing project through social networks. After the promotion, I started my studies. It was a bit challenging at first, but I quickly adapted. My future plan? To work in the same profession."
Hailing from Abkhazia, Ilya seized the opportunity to enroll in a 2-month theoretical course in plumbing through the "construct2" project. And here's the exciting news: come the new year, he's all set to embark on a 2-month paid internship at "BK Construction" in Tbilisi. Following the internship, he'll receive the essential equipment for work, paving the way for a stable income!
Let's take a moment to appreciate the impactful initiative that made this possible. The "Master Of My House - learning for the future" project, supported by Initiative for Apartment Owners' Associations in Eastern Europe (IWO e.V), Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC), Charity Humanitarian Center "Abkhazeti" (CHCA), and the German Federal Foreign Office, is making a real difference in the lives of young people in Abkhazeti.
